It's no reason to get offended, any reasonable person would realise that when you have random letters NGR could result, also it doesn't even spell anything.

This story follows one from a few weeks ago where North Carolina pulled all the WTF plates because a few people thought they were offensive.
I'm going to start looking at license plates and making up offensive phrases and words that they could represent. Then start calling the state and making a fuss about them. Soon, we'll all be driving around with blank plates.
