I've heard mixed reviews on this movie, but I read this book several years ago while on vacation, and I couldn't put the book down. Almost ruined my vacation.
It was quite the eye opener, and kept me away from fast food for, oh, about two weeks. :D
You have to eat something.

Wow, I had no idea they were making a film out of this. The book is amazing; if you're not already of the mind where you'd rather eat a raw cow than a McDonalds, you will after reading the book!
