No problem. Simply remove the pension benefits that they don't pay for and give them the measly social security benefits that they do contribute to.

Well we know that the government treats Social Security like their own little savings fund...so more money for them! And people wondered why I looked into filing as a conscientious objector, I object to my money going to pay for things I don't want!
