A bill moving through the Florida Legislature would require restaurant restrooms to have toilet paper.(moving, that's why you need toilet paper)

I guess it's not hard to imagine that in the recent past Sen. Victor Crist, R-Tampa was visiting the toilets of a local eatery and was horrified to find himself stranded without proper papers.

Hey, Florida's restaurant toilets are stocked with PLENTY of toilet paper. It's all those damn retired old farts living down there. They steal the toilet paper so they don't have to buy their own - cheap b*****ds!
