Yes, but I'm sure you're in the wrong part of the state, as I was yesterday from Dallas to Austin.

I-35, where you pass on the right.

Incidently, I'm probably 100-200 miles from where this stretch of I-10 is, and I've had no reason to be on it in the last 7 years. People still drive to El Paso?
