Argentine first lady Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner declared victory Sunday night as election returns showed her leading all rivals in her bid to succeed her husband and become the country's first female president.

I wouldn't vote for her because she is a woman; I'd vote for her because I think she is the most capable candidate and would best lead your country. Since I'm a Canuck, though, my opinion doesn't really matter.

I wouldn't vote for her because she is a woman; I'd vote for her because I think she is the most capable candidate and would best lead your country. Since I'm a Canuck, though, my opinion doesn't really matter. Using my powers of prediction...all things remaining the same into near future (meaning, nothing dramatic happening politically) I see Hillary taking the presidency. I don't know what I think about her as a candidate, though.
