Earlier this week,King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia arrived at Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen, the military band decided to play him a rather unique welcome. Given Saudi Arabia’s horrendous human rights record (detailed to some extent in the remainder of the video), Darth Vader’s theme music seems rather appropriate.

Probably not but hopefully an aid might have noticed and pointed it out. It was incredible hypocrisy for British Government ministers to condemn the Burmese and Zimbabwean regimes while saying nothing about human rights abuses in Saudi Arabia. It just shows oil and arms sales seem to have bought the government's silence.
Maybe all it shows is that the Queen is a fan of Star Wars.
