Seems so ludicrous to me..the cost, the fact that it doesn't address tunneling, I dunno.. Maybe the solution lies more in working with the Mexican government to annex it, make it the 51st State or something. :)

two words "oh dear". i no there mexican and bush is well just bush but he oviously thinks they must be stupid . just becasue there's a fence in front of you doesn't mean u'll turn round and go home u'd jst go undeer it. building a giant wall around the mexicans, now theres an idea
