42 reasons we wont miss President Bush
42 reasons we wont miss President Bush
Would you believe it’s possible to narrow the reasons we won’t miss Bush down to 42? No, but it’s a start. We all know the penalty for forgetting history - after all, we’ve been through two Bushes! ( picked by singletrack 10 months ago

That is so frickin' wild. I put that line into google, and THIS PAGE came up. And you only posted that 40 minutes ago.

The only other place where they were referenced was as someone's tagline in the forums of the Ron Paul website.

The great thing about Bush quotes is that they are rarely taken out of context to be seen as absurd. He pauses to smile and left after every senntence, so you know he has no idea what he is saying.

Also, I think history will be generous to Bush... Instead of calling him the "Worst President", they will just revise Nixon's to say "Second Worst."

And he probably still thinks that he's going to go down in history as the greatest US president.

I'll just be happy if, in spite of everything he's done, there ends up being a history for him to go down in at all.

Then we'd have to deal with Cheney, not much better if you ask me, we'd have to impeach the entire administration, which is damn near impossible.

Oh no. All politicians suck, they do, it's the nature of the job, you're in somebody's pocket somewhere. To believe anyone of them is different is naive. Some may certainly hide their affiliations.

Also, Bush wasn't alone in this, in fact, if he had to do any of this alone...well he'd have been turned over to the nurse maid to change his tighty whiteys a long time ago, he hasn't the mental acuity. There is no administration that doesn't have some blood on their hands, there never will be. Don't even start to kid yourself, there are no knights in shining armor, there are no politicians...NONE, without an agenda. Just pick the one whose agenda best matches what you'd like to see and then deduct, at minimum, 30%. A 70% from truth and accuracy rating would really make me happy. (Yes I'm jaded, I've been watching this a long time)

I wish, but the problem doesn't just lie with them. Politicians are corrupt, all of them. The last one that wasn't was shot at Ford's Theater. Everyone's hands are in everyone else's pockets. The first thing we should do it get rid of all the lobbiests, that would be the best thing for this country. Lobbiests persue their own intrests, or the intrests of thier clients, first and formost. The House of Representatives needs to get back to it's roots, the Reps need to go back to thier various states and see what the people want, instead of pandering to each other and pandering to the lobbiests. We outlaw lobbiests, that is the first thing, they do not hold the intrests of the people, only the companies they represent, and the big 4 are always the strongest (Alcohol, Tobacco, Guns, and Oil), and none of them have the people's best intrest in mind, only the bottom line.

I don't think that Carter was corrupt, he? I don't know too much about him because I was born in 73.

Sometimes I think that Lincoln should have simply let the southern states go.
