Apparently one of the voting machines had a plastic stylus instead of an ink stamp. The pollworkers apparently overrode the machine when it said the ballots were blank.... It only affected 20 ballots, and somehow they were able to contact those voters to return and re-vote....

And you thought LA was bad! On the LA news, I heard this was a deliberate act, and that it was a LOT of voters, and oh my Gawd, the end of the world, etc., the way tv news does. This article sounds a bit more realistic, but still....
