In response to this attack on the US by radical elements of the "frozen water" movement, the Air Force will be beginning a strategic bombing campaign against Antarctica,the so called "homeland of the ice people" thought to be a state sponsor of terror because of the thousands of cubic miles of ice it tolerates within its borders

The same briefing in which he had a vial of real anthrax for theatrical purposes.
