« tdiggity : WOW! A company that is firmly entrenched with d**k Cheney's fingerprints is avoiding taxes or giving ANYTHING AT ALL back to the U.S. populace while being paid hundreds of millions of dollars to do a sh**ty job 'rebuilding' Iraq?

EDIT: and if anyone says "Oh, that's just what businesses do" then you should vote for me for prez, as I would not allow ANY companies that are suppliers for the U.S. government to have shell companies or avoid taxes.

My gf works for a company that was bought by a European firm, and before the merger they had to spin off a second company (still run by the Euro company) but that would be doing biz solely in the U.S. and would be paying U.S. taxes. Otherwise they would lose ALL government contracts.

But not HALLIBURTON!! They walk on frickin' water!!
