Represntative Couch says enforcing this bill if it became law would be a challenge.
Way to go, Captain Obvious.

If you pass this one then you have to stop anonymous letters to the editor, anonymous tips to the police, among others. Some lawmakers are incredibly narrow-minded.

it's a tool to reduce online harrassment ... i don't quite get it. is it to require your real legal name, or any name, like a screen name? for places like myspace, any posting requires a registered name, so does that mean harassment by a person with a screen name is considered to be harassing a person anonymously?

this bill also seems to neglect or ignore the fact that most websites viewed by people in kentucky is likely hosted by servers outside of kentucky. how shall a kentucky law govern websites and users outside of kentucky? how will a kentucky law govern those from outside of the u.s.?

narrow-minded, indeed.

Not that something like could ever be enforced...there are just too many people! But doesn't that invite more opportunities for identity theft?
