Archie Bunker was awful! it was what made him so great. He dared and didn't care what he said. Nobody was safe. Michael was a MEATHEAD! I agree, his political incorrectness still applies today.

Sadly one of meathead's favorite sayings is never spoken now by liberals or conservatives. It is considered verboten. With today's thought police and political correctness bulls**t this quote would be probably be labeled hate speech:

Archie always reminded me of my grandfather. We used to talk about Archie all the time... in fact, I remember having a whole conversation about him after Caroll O'Connor died.

This rant something my grandfather would have said.... and reminds me how similar they were.
