He isn't eveading taxes. He is not holding true to one of his campaign promises when looked at in a certain light. Nothing unusual there.
That being said, it is still a good story, one I meant to post but never got around to posting it.
It is also completely factual that raising the capital gains taxes (like many tax increases) actually lowers tax revenue.]]>
