I know it isn't your headline, so no insult against you, but the headline is misleading and biased.
Which is hardly surprising. Most headlines or at least many headlines are misleading because they are designed to get someone to click.
He isn't eveading taxes. He is not holding true to one of his campaign promises when looked at in a certain light. Nothing unusual there.
That being said, it is still a good story, one I meant to post but never got around to posting it.
It is also completely factual that raising the capital gains taxes (like many tax increases) actually lowers tax revenue.
