A fantastic album by Nirvana... but i fail to see the referrence ;)

Maybe I'm just a cynic... but something seems very coordinated about this entire situation.

Here's even more cynical fodder:

The Rev. Dr. Barbara Reynolds, who organized this show at the Press Club, is a devout Hillary Clinton supporter.


On a blog linked to her Web site- www.reynoldsnews.com- Reynolds said in a February post: "My vote for Hillary in the Maryland primary was my way of saying thank you" to Clinton and her husband for the successes of Bill Clinton's presidency.

I have read from more than one blogger a theory about this. They think that while Obama would prefer this to just "go away," Wright has a vested interest in keeping this story alive. In fact, they suggest, Wright is actively attempting to end Obama's political aspirations, in an effort to support his own (Wright's) theories.

In other words, if Obama succeeds and wins the presidency, then that makes Wright's "America is racist against blacks" harder to believe. To a degree, that makes sense... if the President is black, how can one argue "glass ceilings" convincingly? And to the race baiters, this could be a big blow to their "bread and butter."

Just a theory...

That was my first thought. Wright doing Obama a favor by giving Obama a real reason to renounce him.

Politics as usual.

Yeah, that's more along the lines of what I was thinking.

In my opinion, Obama should say something along these lines:

"I am a black man who has the best chance of being the next president. To all my supporters, the time has come. To all my detractors, the time has come too soon."

BTW, I am still a Ron Paul supporter. (not the man, the manifesto)
