In a May 1 letter to the Judiciary Committee, Cheney legal adviser Kathryn Wheelbarger said Addington would agree to be subpoenaed if the committee limits questions to his "personal knowledge of key historical facts" and avoids questions about Cheney's discussions with President Bush.

I believe Addington and Yoo will be moving to Abu Dhabi with Cheney next year, at least I hope so.

Just how the hell you you "Agree to be subpoenaed"? I'm so sick of these guys ducking the law... it seems that everyone from Bush down to the maid at camp david can invoke "executive privlidge" to keep from answering for their actions.
