Acts of war (bombing a country, and invading) are not acts of terror, because they go way beyond just striking terror.
This also means that terrorism is not an effective tool for war. If you want to defeat an enemy, you need more then just terrorism to do that. Terrorism is a long term strategy with no victory in the end. Just ask the IRA and ETA how effective terrorism was for them.
Back on the subject of usage of the word "Terrorism": Any act that doesn't strike terror into peoples hearts, is not terrorism. So, the video kinda annoys me.
