Spammer such as him are getting smart. They know they need to post a handful of legit articles to raise their levels

Sadly he isn't smart enough to actually participate here, neither voting or commenting. Of course since he's got multiple usernames to post to dozens of sites, promoting himself and others he doesn't have time to actually participate.

As a level 9 it will take a bit of teamwork to show him that doesn't work here.
