Unfortunately, I don't believe the current (whichever you like) recession/depression will end in the next couple of years. On the other hand, I believe in the ability and competitive nature of young America, and when they see that neither their parents, nor the government, can no longer contribute to their ever-growing tuition, they will come to the realization that they don't need to listen to the Government lies of how patriotic is is to sacrifice their lives killing people they never knew anything about, and they will take back the country, and restore the constitution.

It depresses me to see current day politics in action.

And the thing is that all these things are all forced on the candidates by their staffs and special interests and the party, etc.

Many more sources than just McCain gave credit to the announcement of drilling that caused the dramatic drop in oil prices.
