Finally a common sense ruling from a court. 3 men tried to sue Wikipedia when someone had written that they were gay activists. Wikipedia's argument was that as soon as they were made aware of the error it was removed and that they can not be held liable for the actions of others.

Might as well as sue the telephone company for 2 people gossiping over the phone.
