Despite over 20,000 lawsuits against music fans there is no decline in people downloading music. RIAA continues to try that route, trying to desperately hold on to an outdated business model. Their latest travesty? A lawsuit against a man who had 2000 music files on his personal computer, files that were copies of legally purchased CDs!
