Schwarzenegger fires his brother-in-law from a state parks commission. Days later, Bobby Shriver, a councilman for Santa Monica pushed through a ban on powerful jets such as the one Arnold uses.
FAA stepped in and said that the city did not have the authority to ban such jets and could not provide a reasonable reason for the attempted ban. The council will take the FAA to court.

Davis' boyfriend, Bobby Lee Cutts, Jr., was arrested and charged with two counts of murder on June 23, 2007. Cutts was a police officer in the Canton, Ohio Police Department, and the father of Davis' son and unborn daughter. The Canton police department, which had not considered Cutts a suspect, did not participate in the arrest, which was done by the FBI and Sheriff. His story is the worst I have ever heard fabricated.
