It took them five years but McDonald's finally won their case against McCurry an eatery in Malaysia. Despite the differing menus, the judge ruled that customers may be mislead by the name and they should remove the Mc from their name.

McDonalds prepared a FAQ site, where anyone can submit any question and they will post it with an answer.

Case in point:
"at school we were asked to reaserch what was put into your food and the information that we found was discratious!! you put feathers into your shakes, you put cows eyeballs into your beef as part of your 100% beef, you coat the fruit into bleach, CANT YOU SEE THAT YOU ARE SLOWLY KILLING PEOPLE WITH THIS JUNK FOOD?"

Thanks for your interest in McDonald’s, but the things you’ve mentioned are definitely not true... There are no eyeballs in the burgers. Milkshakes are 75% milk, produced from UK dairy farms - with no added feathers...
