Apparently one of the voting machines had a plastic stylus instead of an ink stamp. The pollworkers apparently overrode the machine when it said the ballots were blank.... It only affected 20 ballots, and somehow they were able to contact those voters to return and re-vote.... And you thought LA was bad!
