Unfortunately the specific treatment Leo needed to help him eat is currently unavailable in the UK
They don't explain this 'magic' cure.

And...what was the reason he wouldn't eat. Stubborn? Something physiological or was it he didn't like breast feeding?

I think they made him get high.. he got the munchies and started eating ice cream and sausages, lol I used to do this to my cat back in the day.. we switched her cat food and she wouldn't eat it for a while so I was smoking one day and blew it in her face and she just layed there and rolled around on her back for a minute.. then got up and ran right over to her food and tried it.. too bad she ended up pooping on the wall, lol.. (don't ask)

I found this really interesting. I had a similar problem about two years ago. My stomach just wouldn't accept food, and I was sick all the time. I had no appetite, and never wanted to eat. I had a tube going into my intestines also and was on a lot of painkillers, because of other reasons.
After a lot of tests, and months of pain, someone figured out that my stomach was "out of shape". This was a combination of the painkillers reducing muscle movement, and the tube feeding meaning my stomach was bypassed, and not needed, encouraging it to relax. So I had to stop the tube feeding, something other docs were shocked at, as it was my only source of nutrition, and reduce and stop the pain killers. It was a horrible few days, whilst my stomach got back to work, but in the end, it did. No problems since
