This is nothing new. Everyone has different food requirements, we cannot all eat the same way. If I ate half of what my boyfriend or brother ate I would be ridiculously obese. I'm 5'3 130lbs and I barely eat 1500cals a day.

One in six people has the most vulnerable genetic make-up and weighs an average 3kg more than those with the lowest risk.
Yet 60% of Americans are overweight. Hmm...
