By driving out the dog and other company, half way through the night, I get the bed to myself, and I can stretch out. Oddly enough, stretching out to comfort also reduces my snoring and lets me sleep better.

I just don't sleep well with others, especially since my dog tries to get under whoever she is sleeping next to, as much as possible.

In many cases, is this treating the symptom only?

My hubby lost 40 pounds and now only snores or has apnea episodes on nights that he overindulges or is stressed about work.
