A treatment for this in poorer areas is to use a potato as a pessary.
A local radio duo read an article about a woman who had done this, crating a GREAT catchphrase!
The woman was elderly, and from a poor part of the country, possibly the Ozarks.
She had inserted a potato pessary, and then apparently forgot about it.
She went to the doctor when she discovered she "Got the green vine growing out my verginny!|

I did production art for a company that handled a few medical clients. One client had a material used to treat Prolapsed Vaginas and Peyronies Disease.
You may not be aware that there are 5 different types of prolapse.
You may also not be aware what Peyronies disease is either. NSFW!
Really if you don't know I would suggest you keep it that way and hopefully you never will find out.

Presently I work for a publisher. They have a series of books on raising different breeds of animals. One is a guide to raising beef cattle.
Apparently cows will have prolapse as well. Unfortunately for me this disorder and it's repair are one of the ones that was photographed.
