With the speed of 72 to 300 mph tornado is considered as the most violent wind! Therefore, it is very difficult if not impossible to have a very close-up view of a tornado. Here are some of the “almost” close-up view of the tornadoes.

I have lived here in VA for 5 years, and have dealt with tornado warnings many times, thankfully I have never been graced by the presence of one of these furies of nature.

Yup.. those are nothing but some pretty dramatic downbursts on the leading edge of occlusions.. Only one tornado on the whole page... Plus the description sounded like something from a first grade book report.. a D- book report.. and I've seen this images ad-nauseum..
