Wonderful story! The original owner of Motala was going to leave her in the woods to die, but thanks to a non profit organization called Friends of Elephants, her foot was taken care of. It took about 30 Vets and Techs for the surgery.

The story is incredible. I never would have believed a prosthetic would work or in be available for an elephant.
