More than one third of mothers who chose to undergo a repeat Caesarean section had their babies earlier than medical guidelines recommend, and the earlier the babies were born, the more likely they were to experience a medical complication like respiratory distress.

I always thought that babies of women who allowed the doctor or hospital encourage them to induce their labor were unripe!
Let them grow! If they (or the mother) aren't in REAL distress, or have a deteriorating placenta, let them continue to grow. Dates are hard to calculate on the best of times, and even if you know for sure the conceptipn date, the kid may just need a bit more time.
