haha, thats gonna suck when u realize detroit crushed both of ur teams in the end.. although the spurs are kinda scary.. we got them in the finals though

All the teams left in the NBA are kinda scary. We gotta shut down Kobe and the Pistons have to get by Boston.

If we get to the end and find Detroit...eh. We already done that and should be able to do it again. As least you won't have to go buy a new "We-met-the-Spurs-in-the-Championship-and-got-our-asses-handed-to-us" t-shirt. Wear the one from 2005.

In 1952, Montreal scored 1 goal in game 1 and 1 goal in game 2. They did not score in game 3 or 4 as they were swept by the Red Wings.

In 1996, Florida scored 1 goal in game 1, 1 goal in game 2, and 2 goals in game 3. They were swept by the Colorado Avalanche.

All the Detroit people got mysteriously quiet....

last night was exactly how a Cup game should be! 3-4 3OT. I swear i was glued to my seat staring at the tv for all 3 OTs. cant wait to see what the Pens can pull out back at home.

The Cup should have been skated last night, but the Hockey Gods got distracted for a second and the Pens snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat. Except for a last second let down, the old Red Army was on display in the 3rd period. It's like they can just flip a switch and turn it on whenever they want.

Full props to Pitt for never giving up as long as there're still ticks on the clock and for hanging on for the win. They knew I took Detroit in 6 and they didn't want to let me down.
