Former Mississippi State coach Ron Polk wanted his friend to be named coach. When the athletics director didn't heed Polk's Holy Edict and hired someone else, Polk threatened to Smite the Evildoer. He is demanding his name be removed from the stadium, is taking the school out of his will, is working to scuttle support programs that benefit the students and anything else he can do to make The Adversary's life a "living hell"
