Only slightly better than the NBC site itself...
1) load Silverlight.
2) write letter of complaint to NBCUni about it.
It played extremely poorly in FF, and not much better in IE. When ATTEMPTING to view sports such as Dressage, where smoothness is paramount, it was absolutely useless.
Also, the entire NBC TV feed has been fraught with oddness, from video jitters and freezing during live feeds (!) to blank screens, and even 30 seconds of a black screen that only said "BLANK SCREEN"!!!
(And don't say "China" as an excuse, Athens had no such problems, and they are just as far away, and were about at the same level technologically 4 years ago!)
Next Olympics, I won't boycott the country, but I will boycott the broadcasting station....
