Ever instantly regret sending an email? Now in the Gmail lab, there's an "undo send" option, but you have to work quickly

good feature except I agree 5 seconds is probably not long enough.

They should at least give it a user-selected setting for amount of time to hold.

Also you should be able to unsend a message no matter how long ago it was sent provided it wasn't received and it is sent to a gmail account.

I used to wish I had a next morning unsend button, but I've since found that my google goggles do the trick and prevent the email from sending in the first place.

They should set it up to where clicking "Undo" sends out a Sentinel, which finds your email and destroys it...inside the recipients box.

Bigstring has recallable, editable,and destroyable email that can be changed after the person gets it, but in the end it's really not thatgood, since it uses a jpg for the message, and most emails now block images by default
