If China and India collectively graduate 12 times more engineers than does the United States, does this mean the US is in trouble?

In all fairness engineering is just not a commonly brought up field. If it were talked about more in school and such more kids might aspire to obtain such a career.

I agree darlin'. I really knew nothing of the field until I met him!
My hubby is an engineer actually, civil and architecural..holds two degrees.
I sit in amazement and watch him design lots, parking lots, and empty fields into total developments. He loves math and has trig and calculus.
*IF* only I could get him the put the seat down and a roll of toilet paper on the holder!
