IF his prosthetic limbs give him an advantage as the testing by the assumably neutral professor showed than he shouldn't be allowed to compete just as someone fully bodied can't compete in the paraolympics if they had an unfair advantage or for that matter how you can't take any chemical that might give you a slight edge.

I can see where his mechanical racing blades would give him a major advantage.
