Yeah, that would be cool but creepy all at the same time. Hopefully when I'm dead and gone, they won't have my skeletons from my closet as part of that information. That would be bad. Not saying I have any said skeletons..um I will stop while I am ahead.

I like the embedded video screen in that film "Final Cut".

Another option that would be great is the clear solid plastic headstone encasing the actual head. As it would be airtight it would prevent any kind of decomp and the bonus would be that you never forget what they looked like.
