His school lost their network manager, so this 6th grader stepped up to take the job.
This makes me feel very obsolete.

Geez, I am 42 and haven't gotten an opportunity like this. I teach CompTIA A+ Certification but we are in California and not Alabama. Sorry, mate. I am A+ Certified and working through my MCSA. I gotta get moving.

do elementary schools not do macs anymore? all of mine did. even wayyyy back in 1988. didn't really have to worry about viruses back then or anything, but you know. still don't really have to worry about 'em today. :)

Guess they saw an area where there was no demand and tried to create some.
