Bush moving his Risk pieces to Iran?
Bush moving his Risk pieces to Iran?
Says he's certain that Iran is supplying weapons used against U.S. troops, even if he can't prove Iranian leaders are authorizing it. Also says he's "going to do something about it". picked by Wingnut 2 years ago

... even if he can't prove that the orders came from top Iranian leaders.
Here we go again. More War Less Reason. I know people say that history repeats itself, but WTF?! this is ridiculous!

I have never been more shocked at a real-life event (as opposed to a movie or TV show) than when "we" re-elected him.

I can't say that I agree with everything Bush does (or says) but I view his re-election as the people choosing the lesser of two evils.

Wouldn't a few well-placed nukes put an end to all of this?

Most of the people I've talked to don't understand why we're fighting and dying over there (for them) in the first place. Except that we seem to feel some inner need to dominate the entire planet.

Here's a suggestion: Point nuclear missiles at their two holiest places and then tell them to screw with us just once more. I'd bet things would calm down in a hurry. What do you think?

America, F Yeah!

Oh, dang - I almost forgot about Lost! Thanks!

PNAC? I may feel massively stupid when you tell me, but what's that stand for?

To be honest, I've lost all hope for the future. My vote makes no difference, the government seems intent on creating as many enemies as possible, society (or at least the media) is utterly fascinated with the comings and goings of amoral idiots like Paris Hilton, and some combination of what we're doing to the environment is going to kill us all. I really believe that there is no point in trying to improve the situation - it's too far gone. But hey, at least I've managed to stay married and not get overweight.

Feel better about the average American's outlook on the future now, Doc?
