Well the first clue that the article gave us is that the chocolate was Italian. So I think we'll be relatively safe if we stay away from foreign chocolate for awhile. But as for the frequency of instances like this, I wont loose to much sleep over it. I highly doubt there's going to be an epidemic of finger laden candy bars floating around the US anytime soon. Interesting article though.
