Neutered dogs generally don't have any sex drive.. except those little yappy ones. They're psycho....
Any dog who mounts another, or a person's leg, is having dominance issues, NOT sex issues! Any human who lets a dog "hump" ANYTHING is creating a problem with a dog who now thinks it's "in charge".
But why assume that it's for doggies? Those blow-up sheep make a GREAT Scottish dating service!

A guy I worked with actually advertised in the local papers, trying to find a 'romantic companion' for his dog.
Otherwise, he'd take it to the vet who...serviced...it...apparently.
