Out to save the Earth... environmentalist couple living a "no impact" lifestyle in New York City. This includes eating only organic food, producing no trash, using no motorized transportation, and no "TP".

When he's done with this year, I expect he ought to buy his wife something very nice for going along with all of it.
I wonder if she cheats when he's not around, and gets a big cardboard cup filled with coffee, or uses disposable diapers when he's away for a couple days.

A 250-mile radius for 'local' food is HUGE! But I just realized that the majority of that radius is probably city, so n/m.

I think the majority of my food as a kid came from within a 250 foot radius of the house - all veggies from the garden, milk from the cows...etc.
