This detached home with just under 300 sq. ft. of space, in the Dufferin / Rogers area of Toronto sold for $135,000, roughly $500 per sq. ft. It is back on the market now for $179,900, or roughly $600 per sq. ft.

It's actually pretty long...it kind of reminds me of the first floor of the row home I grew up in. Of course...there were also two floors above it and a full basement below it!
