You know he would be facing much more than probation.Well, I think the reason she got the lighter sentence was because of the actual court procedure itself.

I read that the judge said he was prepared to give a lighter sentence, unless anyone objected or saw reason to increase the punishment.

When they looked at Mr. Dott, all he said was, "WHAT?! SPEAK UP! WHAT?!"
