I don't have a hypothesis as to what this creature is, but I wouldn't want it biting me on the ass, and I certainly wouldn't use it instead of my Fleshlight ;)

I'm no fish expert, but it looks a lot to me like a badly rotted pike.

My only experience in this area though is that I once trod on a badly rotted pike.

This both repulsed me almost to the point of nausea (they smell bad) and startled me (it had really big teeth. And it stank).

Moral: Don't tread on a badly rotted pike.
