temporary tattoo

TEMPORARY.

No harm was done.

However it was pretty stupid and childish.

I would make damages equal to the amount she paid for the for the surgery and leave it at that.

I was under the impression that the temp tattoo itself wasn't what she freaked out about. I think she was wigging because the Dr. put it just above her unit, which wasn't anywhere near the surgery site.

which is good reason to sue imo. He is lucky she didn't punch him in the jaw after she found it.

I think this is another "for crying out loud!" moment.

TEMPORARY.

It's not a good reason to sue. She looked at that rose and saw dollar signs.

It could have been a problem potentially if she was allergic in anything in the dye.

I think it was the fact that it was placed below her panty line and she had surgery on her back. He had no reason to be down there. The anesthesiologist on the other hand, would have reason, if that is who does the catheter and stuff.

And that's the real heart of this issue. Was he trying to make her look temporarily trashy or something? What the hell?

I thought it was hoo-ha.

I would be very upset to wake up to that. And so would my husband. The tat not the hoo-hoo/ha. We both are happy that I have that.

judging by the fit she has thrown, and the frivolous money grubbing lawsuit, i would guess the tattoo was by her belly button and only counts as below the panty line cause of this:

Considering the alternative, I bet you both are.

If he does the temp tat for all his clients, why is this the first complaint?

I'm not sure if I would complain, I've got enough tattoos as it is, and I'd probably get a kick out of it, just like the rest of his clients that DIDN'T complain.

I do understand the issue of placement, however. I'd be much more inclined to laugh about a temporary tat on my wrist, or arm, or even tummy, but anywhere within, say, 10 inches of my cooter is just a little too close for comfort. (unless of course the doc is cute...)

I thought it was a Poonanny?

I don't know about this. It seems like quite the over reaction to something that washes off. Like others have said, people were in the room and who knows what SHE considers a panty-line.

It is all about the money these days. God forbid someone joke around...
