Japanese police arrested 2 people (from Hiroshima, yet) for allegedly selling fluorescent cell phone lanyards that contain about 26 times the allowable level of radioactive Tritium per unit.

Would such levels of radiation really be harmful for a person I would ask.
We already get a nice dose of radiation from the concrete in our buildings each year.
